My favorite cake to eat

When it comes to desserts there’s not a whole lot I haven’t tried. One of my all-time favorite items are cakes. I love to bake them, decorate them, and most of all eat them. Most of the time I find myself switching up what my favorite cake is because I like so many I just can’t choose, but there is always one cake I find my way back to every single time: Black tie mousse cake. If you’re not familiar with this cake, it’s a three-layer cake with a chocolate cake layer on the bottom, a chocolate mousse layer in the middle, and a white chocolate mousse layer on top. The entire cake is then topped with a rich chocolate ganache, with chocolate chips pressed into the sides of the cake. It is just everything a chocoholic could ever want in one cake. If you have never tried it before I HIGHLY recommend it. I promise you won’t regret it!
