Biography of Alyssa Pisano
Alyssa Pisano is an animation & visual effects major and architecture minor at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She is skilled in the areas of 3D animation and modeling, 2D animation, compositing, fine arts, design, and architecture. Alyssa has been honing her design and fine arts skills for over fourteen years, combining those skills with 3D and 2D software in her studies at Drexel. Her range is incredibly diverse, and she has mastered working in all mediums and styles of art throughout the course of her life. Alyssa has an eye for detail, and a deep passion to create. This is what inspired her to become an animation student at Drexel.
While in her first year of college Alyssa developed an interest in architecture and has since combined her studies in architecture and animation with the hope of becoming an architectural designer. In the fall of 2024, she will be gaining hands on experience in this industry working as an architectural intern. Alyssa has previous experience working as a graphic intern and general assistant for an audio-visual equipment company. During her time there she handled creative work such as designing advertisements, product cut sheets, websites, and logos. She also handled the company’s marketing, selling products online, as well as managing and organizing inventory. Alongside her various work experiences, she uses her creative talents to do freelance on the side. Alyssa takes clients for art commissions, logo designs, general graphic work, custom baked goods, and provides cello accompaniment for varying events.
