The joys of baking macarons

I taught myself how to bake French macarons back in 2021 and have been making them since. I do all my baking from scratch, and macarons have proven to be the most challenging bake. It took me so many failed attempts to get them just right. When it comes to macarons you could simply look at the ingredients the wrong way and they won’t turn out! They are infamous for being one of the most finicky desserts to make because so many things could go wrong. That being said, they are also one of the most rewarding bakes for this reason. Once I figured out how to make them it was so exciting, and they are so much fun to decorate. In my opinion they are one of the cutest desserts out there
