There are so many different options to choose from when it comes to acrylic paints, which makes it so hard to decide which works best for you. My top choice has ALWAYS been Liquitex’s professional grade heavy body acrylics (Liquitex Professional Heavy Body Acrylic Paint – Set of 24, Essential Colors, 22 ml, Tubes | BLICK Art Materials (dickblick.com). These paints are incredible for their overall quality and color. I will never use any other acrylic paints. I have been using Liquitex (professional grade) for about fourteen years now, and they have never let me down. They might not be the most affordable paints, but they sure are worth it! You certainly pay for what you get in the world of art supplies. If you love to paint these are 100% worth the investment. Below I show one of my favorite paintings I made using Liquitex’s heavy body acrylics.
